The Next Chapter is a six-month mastermind for six women.
We begin with time spent together privately. You'll receive a personalised Human Design map and we'll use it as the starting point for a re-visioning of what’s possible for you and your work. Where you are, what's working, what's creating friction, what’s changed, what you want for your next chapter.
Without having to tear everything down (unless you want to), we’re re-imagining what’s possible from the ground up. Something that aligns with the woman you are NOW.
Then six months of the mastermind itself, where the real work happens.
We’ll meet as a small group online every other week for 90 minutes. Each woman takes a turn to receive 30 minutes of focus purely on her business. Your decisions, your mind-fucks, your challenges and your next moves. You bring what's alive for you and we think through it together: you, me, and a small circle of intelligent women who understand the calibre of work you're doing.
And it is important work that you have to do at this time in your life.
You’ll notice there is no curriculum to consume or framework to follow; instead I’ll be supporting you to lead yourself. You’ll have my perspective and lived experience, and the clarity that comes from being seen by other experienced women at midlife and beyond who get it.

NICOLA BIRD
I've built six and seven-figure businesses the way I was taught to, with force and constant initiation and an inability to stop. I arrived at the top and found nothing there except migraines and panic attacks and children whose younger years I had missed.
What followed has been fifteen years of learning what it actually means to work with my own natural way of being rather than against it. I've started businesses, closed businesses, sold businesses and rebuilt businesses. I've simplified what was overcomplicated and released what no longer fit. I'm 54, in my own next chapter, teaching from a place of knowing exactly what this transition feels like and what it asks of you.
I'm a Hay House author, Master Transformational Coach and creator of successful technology, coaching and e-commerce businesses. I’m a writer, gardener, mother, wife, artist and bring the integration all of this lived experience into The Next Chapter and into the lives of the six women who will be joining me.
I’m also a 1/3 Manifesting Generator who spent decades creating in a way that was completely out of alignment. I know what misalignment and midlife tumult feels like. I also know what it feels like to come out the other side and how grateful I am to have had rock solid women by my side through that journey.
I'm here to help you find the version of your business that is so unmistakably yours it couldn't have been built by anyone else.

We begin Tuesday 8th September at 5pm BST
Each call lasts 90 minutes with one call every two weeks for the duration of the six months.
The group is small by design with a maximum of 6 women.
